This semester started a little while ago and you know when the professors call out your name on the first few days? Yeah only one of them got my name right. It's funny because my name is Christena. It's not that far fetched- Christina is a very common name. Maybe they're just used to being corrected by Uniqua and Chavenus (real people). Or maybe they had "L-a Sha, "(pronounced La dash a Sha comma). I would come across "Christena" and possibly think it was something unusual if I was confronted with weird names all the time.
Lindsey doesn't have trouble with people pronouncing her name wrong, just the spelling bit. If someone has to write my name down anywhere at anytime, I just give up. There's no way in the Ghetto they're gonna get it right! It's one of those things that you just can't do anything about. Except maybe print a t-shirt that says "Christena. Just like Christina, only better =D"

Oh! The Woes of Shopping
Lindsey and I went grocery shopping a while ago. We decided it might be fun to get Greek yogurt. Cue sarcastic laugh- Ha ha ha ha. The only type they had was Yoplait, which lets be honest, its no different than regular yogurt. Oh it's so fun to have so much variety here on the Southside!
